Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return
    • Log into your account or contact our customer service
    • Fill out the return form
    • Receive your Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  2. Package Your Return
    • Pack items securely in original packaging
    • Include all accessories and documentation
    • Attach return shipping label (if provided)
    • Include RMA number on package
  3. Ship Your Return
    • Use a tracked shipping method
    • Keep proof of postage
    • Ship to: [Your Return Address]

Refund Process

  1. Inspection
    • Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
    • You will be notified of any issues
  2. Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
    • Original payment method will be refunded
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective

Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Free returns on defective items
  • International returns may have additional costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label
  4. Replacement or refund will be processed promptly

Special Circumstances

Sale Items

  • Final sale items cannot be returned
  • Damaged sale items eligible for exchange only

Seasonal Items

  • Must be returned within 14 days

Gift Returns
